For in stock items, we offer rapid shipping to Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein. We do not ship outside of these countries.
Out of stock items are restocked from our partners in Namibia, Kenya and South Africa, and may take between 2-6 weeks to reach our warehouse in Switzerland, depending on whether they need to be manufactured. Out of stock items are still available for preordering and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.
We do not ship to other locations, but if there is a special piece you find, do contact us and we are happy to see if we can find a shipping solution.
Switzerland & Liechtenstein Shipping
- Orders are shipped using Swiss Post and are dispatched the next business day after your completion. Delivery time after dispatch is between 1-2 days.
- Shipping price: CHF 9.50.
- Orders are shipped using Deutsche Post and are dispatched in 2-3 business days after order completion. Delivery time after dispatch is between 1-2 days.
- Shipping price: CHF 12.50.
- Orders are shipped using Austrian Post and are dispatched in 2-3 business days after order completion. Delivery time after dispatch is between 1-2 days.
- Shipping price: CHF 12.50
- We do not ship to other locations.
We would like you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Thus, all items purchased from us can be returned for any reason within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure that the items you return to us are unworn, undamaged, remain in their original packaging and have their original tags in place.
To return an item:
- Please contact email@example.com with the order number, the reason for the return and a picture of the item.
- We will reply with the process to complete the return. They must be returned to our warehouse in Zurich, Switzerland.
- If the item was received with damage, please include a picture of the damage.
- You will receive an email when your return has been received.
- Refunds are issued once your return has been received and verified.
- Then, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment used.
- (Please note credit card refunds may take up to 14 days for your bank to complete depending on their processing times, and we cannot take responsibility for this refund after it has been initiated successfully by us.)
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and all returns are at the customer's risk. Ensure that the item is adequately packaged and insured at your option, as we are not liable for the item until is is returned to us in undamaged condition.
Items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.
Any item returned after 7 days is not eligible for refund.
We only offer exchanges for variants of the same item (e.g. gold vs. silver), and only if in stock.
